At CNH Transportable Homes, we focus on finding the right transportable home for you.

Our homes and cabins are transportable, prefabricated and demountable, giving you freedom and flexibility with your home. Not only do we have a range of portable home designs to suit a variety of needs, we are able to customise our plans to suit your exact needs.

CNH Transportable Homes is made up of Chris Hart and our small team, meaning you’ll deal with our experienced director. We are a Housing Industry Association (HIA) member. Our team is passionate about constructing buildings which suit the needs of our customers.

The construction time varies depending on the size and customisation options, however, we generally aim to have houses built within 12 weeks from Building Contract to completion.

The building process may seem challenging, especially when it comes to council approvals (e.g. building and plumbing applications), electrical hook ups and other building issues. To make the process easier for you, our team can help you every step of the way...
